YodalightEx YL4IS — Intrinsically Safe Sounder Beacon
The Yodal EX YL4IS is an intrinsically safe combined audible and visual signal designed for hazardous environments, delivering up to 100dB at 1 metre alongside an 8-LED flashing beacon. It can be powered from a combined supply through a single barrier, or the sounder and beacon can be wired independently, for flexible room or zone coverage.
With 32 selectable tones, stainless-steel fixings and a monitoring facility, it is ATEX certified for zones 0, 1 and 2 (and dust zones). Must be used with an approved Zener Barrier or Galvanic Isolator.

IMPORTANT! This product must be used with an approved Zener Barrier or Galvanic Isolator. All connections into the product must be made via a suitably rated barrier or isolator — never connect it directly to the voltage supply without a barrier in place, as this will cause permanent damage to the PCB and void the warranty. Installation and connection should only be carried out by appropriately competent and qualified personnel.
