Fully Assembled Flashing Beacon / Light – Industrial Xenon Beacons

The X80 Series is a flashing mode style of Beacon (single stage alarm) and is suitable for a wide range of ‘local’ signalling applications where a low cost and energy efficient solution is required. Xenon Beacons (sometimes called strobes) are controlled via a PCB and put out a very brief but bright flash of white light through the Xenon Tube by ionizing and then discharging a large current through the Xenon gas.

The Beacon is supplied fully assembled, ready for immediate installation and offers three mounting options: Surface, Conduit Box or Wall Mounting, using the two-piece fixing plate supplied. One plate is fixed to the appropriate surface, the other to the Beacon. The two plates then ‘Snap Fit’ together to complete the installation. Please note, the mounting plate supplied is optional, as it is not required for surface/panel mounting.
