BC150 — Explosion Proof GRP Beacon
The BC150 is a flameproof LED or xenon beacon for potentially explosive atmospheres. ATEX and IECEx certified for gas and dust zones and SIL2 compliant, it delivers alarm signalling and emergency alerts, and can be built into a status light array.
The Glass-Reinforced Polyester housing with a UV-resistant coating withstands corrosive and hazardous areas, and the borosilicate glass lens can be protected by an optional 316L stainless steel guard. The LED source runs flashing, static or rotating at 60–120 FPM; the xenon source flashes at 60–180 FPM, with rotation at 140 RPM. Ambient range is −40°C to +70°C.
