AS200 — Motorised Siren
The AS200 is a motorised siren designed for demanding industrial settings where a very powerful signal is required, delivering up to 127dB at 1 metre for large-area and outdoor coverage. A fractional-horsepower motor spins an internal impellor at high RPM, forcing air through the slotted front cover to generate its distinctive penetrating tone.
It provides a single-stage alarm when energised but can be pulsed or modulated by switching the power for the familiar wailing effect. Of robust construction for harsh conditions, with straightforward internal termination through a single M20 entry.
Serious output for large industrial sites where a warning simply has to be heard.
